Do not directly head to Mapledurham House, as this takes you to the wrong entrance and road access is narrow. Please follow the one-way system using on-site signage to the venue. Local address: Mapledurham, Reading RG4 7TP.
Parking:
Parking is available in a field adjacent to the venue. If you have chosen to drive and leave your car at the venue, please be aware that cars left at the venue are left at their own risk and must be collected the following day by 10am (the gate may be locked after this time).
Taxis
Please be aware that mobile phone reception at Mapledurham Estate is limited. The venue recommends arranging transportation in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Music finishes at 11pm and guests will be required to wait outside the venue from midnight onwards.

travelling to the UK
Airport
The nearest airport to Mapledurham is Heathrow, west London. There are multiple travel routes from the airport to Reading train station:
Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow to Paddington, and then take the National Rail from Paddington to Reading Station. This takes roughly 50 minutes.
Take the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow, changing at Hayes & Harlington, where there is a direct line to Reading Station. This takes roughly 1 hour.
Take Coach RA1 from Heathrow Terminals to Reading RailAir. This is direct and this takes roughly 1 hour.
Car Rental
There are several car rental companies at Heathrow Airport including: Europcar, Enterprise, Avis and Hertz.
Visas
From 2 April 2025, non-nationals may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) - this includes people travelling from: Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland (refer to website for full list).
